The beauty of a moment.
Don’t you just love to stop yourself and recognize the beauty that is occurring in the now? Beuaty comes in many forms ~ without any kind of judgement. When you stop to review all that is around, remove your mind thoughts ~ it will leave you in complete gratification. I just love this feeling. This feeling is not a surface feeling. It’s a deep down inside to the third level of your body ~ Spirit Feeling.
Take a moment, look around and you shall see beauty all around you ~ What do you notice? What do you feel ~ see ~ smell ~ touch ~ then add gratifications to the Temple we are Given ~ Our Body ~ it will leave you with another sense of Love and a smile upon your lips.

As you walk you see the beauty all around; from a tiny flower ready to blossom ~ a bird flying ~ a single white cloud in the sky ~ the warmth of the sunbeams ~ a gentle breeze that brushes against you ~ the smell in the air from a near by restaurant ~ a smile on a homeless who sits alone and you give them something to eat~ an ant roaming around ~ a snowflake ~ an ocean wave crashing on a rock ~ bark on a tree ~ rocks of many shapes & sizes ~ stars twinkling up in the sky ~ children playing at the park ~ a weed growing in the middle of concrete ~
Working out and feeeeeling the weights that make the muscles respond ~ a cardio that pumps the blood all around ~ the sweat that rolls off while your body is being heated up ~
The breath you take in ~ filling your lungs with oxygen
The food that you fuel your body ~ the taste buds that come alive with the flavors of satisfaction
The drink that quenches the thirst
A thought that traverses your mind
Fear that crosses your path
A challenge that adds to your growth
Or a tear that runs down your cheek
An embraced hug ~ just because
A song in your voice
A smile upon your lips
